This was my first time buying from Naissance, and I'm already considering making another purchase. The delivery was quick, and the products are fantastic. I got 5 liters of avocado oil along with some orange blossom floral water. Honestly, I'm super pleased with what I received. Totally recommend them!

I encountered a problem with the quality of one product and had to reach out about my complaint multiple times. Ultimately, the solution they provided was to return the item, but I was left to cover the shipping fees. This isn’t what I’d consider good customer care. I won’t be shopping at Naissance again after this experience.
